Pricing 

Initial Evaluations: $300

A comprehensive evaluation with standardized testing will be completed and discussed with family and caregivers, including time for Q&A throughout. Initial evaluations typically last 60-90 minutes to ensure time for full understanding of your child's goals and carryover of any recommended exercises and activities.

**Report Discount: If your child has received an evaluation from another provider/facility in the past ~12 months and you are able to provide a report for review prior to the session, you will receive a $50 discount

**Report Fee: An additional $50 report fee will be added if you would like a full written report from the evaluation. This report will include their standardized testing results and can typically be used to bypass initial evaluations in a clinic setting.. which can be very helpful for bumping you up on any long waitlists  ◡̈

Treatment Sessions: $150

Sessions typically consist of 45-50 minutes of direct, hands-on treatment and 5-10 minutes of debriefing and questions to ensure you're comfortable with carryover between sessions.

Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or electronic payment (such as Zelle or Venmo). At this time I do not accept any types of insurance, but am able to provide a superbill upon request. I strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider regarding superbill reimbursement rates as they vary greatly. 

Physical therapy services are typically eligible for reimbursement via FSA (Flexible Spending Account), HSA (Health Saving Account), or HRA (Health Reimbursement Account). I recommend contacting your provider to ensure eligibility if you plan on utilizing any of these accounts for PT reimbursement.
